trustroot parsing tests should combine parse and sanity failures.

Description

In the three libraries, the test cases are slightly different because of basically insignificant differences in the way the trust roots are parsed. The sane cases should be the same in all libraries, but which cases fail to parse, and which are listed as "not sane" vary slightly.

Either the won't parse and insane cases should be combined, or a fourth "we don't care as long as it isn't sane" section should be added to cover those cases.
